Attire
Jiu-Jitsu

Wear a clean Gi (any color is fine). White Gi is required for formal events.

If you don’t have a Gi, wear clean NOGI gear.

No tank tops.
NOGI
-
Wear a rashguard and shorts without pockets.
-
Men must please wear shorts over spats.
-
Women must ensure spats are not transparent.
Muay Thai
-
Wear a black shirt.
-
16oz gloves and shin guards are required.
-
Approved sparring gear is required for contact training.
BMT
-
Wear a ranked shirt or gray shirt.
-
16oz gloves and shin guards are required.
Sign-Up & Retail Hours

Sign-ups and retail purchases are available at the following times:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 3:30 PM & 7:30 PM

Membership

Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st.

Memberships can be canceled at any time. To cancel, message us before the 1st.
Hygiene & General Etiquette
Language & Conversations

Keep language clean and positive.

No political discussions. The mats are a space for everyone.
Gear & Cleanliness

Wear clean gear and clothing.

Wash all training gear after each session.
-
If it smells bad, replace it.
Personal Hygiene

Shower before and after class as needed.
-
Brush your teeth and trim your nails.
-
If you have a skin infection, stay off the mats.
Relationships
-
Do not message training partners. People are here to train, not to date.
Parents’ Guidelines
Drop-Offs & Pick-Ups

Older group: Doors open at 3:50 PM – wait for the "OPEN" sign.

Younger group: Enter at 4:20 PM – wait for the green sign to go down.
-
For pick-ups, meet your child at the front for safety.
During Class
-
No phones, no talking, no loud siblings.
-
Do not go on the mats.
Managing Expectations
-
Kids struggle with focus and stillness – we help them improve over time.
-
Priorities: Safety first, fun second, knowledge third.
Tournaments & Training
-
We will let you know when your child is ready for tournament training.
-
Kids should wear club gear and have their own striking equipment.
-
Hygiene is a priority.
Additional Rules
-
Phones must be off in class.
-
Adults must use the back entrance for the 5:30 PM class.
-
Do not put shoes in cubbies or stand on benches.
-
Respect and communicate with training partners.
-
Help keep the gym clean.
-
All sparring and non-"ONE" classes require approval.
